Location Information

Harmony Mountain House is more than a retreat center—it’s a space that holds and deepens the work. Nestled in the hills of Phillipsburg, NJ, this women-owned sanctuary invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

The land itself feels like a co-facilitator, with quiet woods, open sky, and cozy corners that hold space for truth, stillness, and transformation.

The house offers communal living, nourishing plant-based meals, a wood-fired sauna, a sunlit studio, and rooms named after sacred places—all designed with intention and care.

A true container for connection, healing, and growth.

See below for photos of the space, accommodations and amenities. Visit their website for more details.

Tiffany Searles

Tiffany Searles (RYT 200) is a yoga teacher, wellness educator, and the founder of Volver Wellness. She began practicing yoga in 2015 and was immediately drawn to the way it helped her reconnect with her body, breath, and inner wisdom. What started as a personal journey deepened into a calling to share the practice with others. Tiffany completed her 200-hour training in alignment-based hatha yoga in Philadelphia and began teaching in 2020—initially online during the pandemic, and later in-person across various studios and communities. Her classes are known for being grounding, accessible, and infused with warmth, authenticity and intention.

Elyza.png

Elyza Dobly

Elyza is a multi-tasking, multi-passionate mama who loves gathering people together more than anything else in the world. In recent years, she gave birth to The Harmony Mountain House, her sweet Sun Shayan, and pretty much an entirely new self... so to say that she is initiated into the Great Mystery School that is motherhood is pretty accurate. And thanks to this, she is always nurturing & loving on all who come here, reminding them of their magic, and cultivating transformative spaces for all those who are ready for their own healing journey. But don't get it twisted, she gets the cosmic joke of it all & always finds a way to bring fun to the spiritual path. On paper, she’s an 500ERYT yoga instructor with a focus on Yin, Kundalini, Meditation, Sound & pretty much all things “woo.” Her style is spontaneous dance parties, deep convos around the campfire, and skinny dipping in the moonlight... if that's your kind of thing, too!

Sarah Wirth

Sarah is a dreamy pisces (sun) whose inner child loves to come out & play. She is the ultimate manifester behind The Harmony Mountain House, where she co-stewards this sacred piece of land alongside her platonic life partner, Elyza, and a little one, Shayan, who lovingly calls her TeeTee. When she’s not actively in auntie mode (& sometimes even when she is), one of Sarah’s favorite places to be is in the kitchen, preparing nourishing meals infused with love (aka works of art) for guests & friends. Tending to, learning about, and connecting with sacred land is a growing passion of hers, that she adores sharing with others. Sarah is RYT200 Bhakti Yoga certified and has taken multiple Ayurveda & Botanical Food Medicine trainings, all of which guide the way she lives her life & the offerings she shares with the world. She is currently studying & practicing Folk Herbalism through the School of the Sacred Wild.

Retreat Logistics

Accommodations

These options were curated to meet you exactly where you're at—whether you're craving time in nature, cozy co-living with like minded humans, or quiet internal reconnection! To honor preferences and budgets, the following accommodation options are available:

  • Private Room: Craving some alone time? Private rooms include a comfy queen or full day-bed plus love seat—made for personal rest, reflection, and retreat. Enjoy dedicated personal space while still having full access to communal rituals, meals, hot tub, sauna, movement studio, trails, and fire pit.

  • Shared Room: Prefer to be inside but don't need your own room? Stay in one of the beautifully curated bedrooms named after magical locations around the world. All share the three full baths (two with jacuzzi tubs), additional shower room, and two half-baths.

  • Glamping: Elevated yurts offer a cozy outdoor sleep with more structure. Enjoy amenities like plush beds (1 with a queen and 1 with a california king), nearby trails and easy access to communal spaces. Feels rustic, but cozy! Good for folks who like to sleep on the colder side in the fall.

  • Camping: Unplug and reconnect under the sky—bring your own tent or hammock and sleep close to the forest. Access to shared bathrooms, hot tub, infrared sauna, movement studio, bonfire pit, communal kitchen and lounge. This is our most budget friendly option but requires you to have your own gear.

  • Commuter: Would you rather commute from home or find other accommodations? No problem! With this option you can show up and the program start and end time each day without staying at the Harmony Mountain House overnight.

Shared Amenities

No matter which sleeping accommodation you chose, every participant will have access to the following shared amenities:

  • Everything in the house and land is shared including three bathrooms with luxurious tubs, plus extra showers & half baths.

  • There are many comfortable community areas: two living rooms, full kitchens, dining spaces, a 1,000 sq ft movement studio, trail access, a bonfire pit, hammocks, hot tub, infrared sauna plus lots of nooks for chilling and chatting.

Future retreats will be priced higher, but this inaugural event provides the opportunity to join at an introductory rate and mark the start of this new chapter!

  • No! If you are new to one or both, this is a great introduction to gentle movement and wellness practices.

  • Of course! If you’d feel more comfortable in a private room, please indicate that in the registration form. If you would like a shared accommodation, we will put you with other folks who have opted for that as well.

  • We will do our best to accommodate the exact room you desire but keep in mind this is a first come, first served approach and will be assigning rooms as requested.

  • We are hoping there will be between 8-12 folks engaging in the retreat.

  • Harmony Mountain House is a plant based retreat center. What that means is that you will be offered thoughtful, nourishing, meals that have been intentionally curated to support your alignment and connection throughout the retreat. Outside of scheduled meal times, there is access to snacks, coffee and tea. You can feel free to bring your own food or snacks, as long as it is plant based.

  • No problem! Everything at HMH is already plant based, but if your restrictions are beyond this, just let us know in your registration form.

  • Yes, before you attend the retreat, you will be asked to sign the Harmony Mountain House liability waiver.

  • Bring clothes that make you feel comfortable and at ease—think cozy layers, soft fabrics, and things you can move and rest in. Pack anything else that helps you feel grounded, relaxed, and like yourself.

  • Send an email to Tiffany at tiffany@volverwellness.com
